what we do

Atlas Grid is an independent developer of power and compute infrastructure.

What we bring is a clear view of where the constraint actually sits, the capital to act on it, and a willingness to do the regulatory and community work that most sponsors would rather hand to someone else.

We are not affiliated with any similarly named company.

This industry is arriving in communities faster than those communities can write rules for it. The projects that end up in trouble are almost always the ones that told people too little, too late.

Principles

Every phase is separately financed, separately permitted, and separately justified. We don't publicise capacity we haven't funded. A ceiling is not a plan.

New demand should carry the cost of the infrastructure it requires. Existing customers shouldn't see their bills move because we arrived.

Water as a constraint, not a footnote. Closed-loop cooling and published consumption figures. In most places worth building, water is the first question at every hearing. It should be the first question in the design.

Parameters, timelines and impacts on the record early, including the unflattering ones. Communities that feel informed don't become communities that sue.

Regional contractors and suppliers where they can do the work, and public services funded rather than strained.
